An updated, modern 964 square foot guest house overlooking a beautiful, natural setting. Just three minutes from Interstate 40, twenty or twenty-five minutes from downtown Nashville depending on traffic, fifteen minutes from the airport. We are 1.3 miles from Martha Station where you can ride the Nashville Star Train into Downtown Nashville. This apartment is separate from the other house on the property so that it is quiet and private just for you. There is a new 70 inch tv in the living room with 85+ channels for you to enjoy, a DVD player and also a smart tv in the bedroom. There is a king bed with a 12 inch Memory foam mattress, top of the line pillows and bedding for your comfort with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. We also have two roll away beds with memory foam mattresses. There is a kitchen with full size appliances including a dishwasher fully stocked with all the dishes, pots and pans, silverware and utensils that you need to prepare any meals or snacks that you would like. We have a regular coffee maker and a Keurig coffee maker and a toaster oven. There is a washer and dryer as well. There is a large back yard with a large hot tub for you to relax in. The large patio in the back is a great place for you to sit and enjoy the waterfall and Koi Pond. We have indoor and outdoor dining tables. It is Nestled in trees on 5.5 acres with lots of space between neighbors to provide a restful oasis.

Best laid back spacious guest home ever. I didn’t run across hosts and communication was very good. Everything was clean and stocked in the home. Also very convenient stay near everything in any small city. Easy to use hot tub. Would definitely stay again

The property was beautiful and very cozy. The location is right off the interstate and is only a 20 minute ride to downtown or the opry house. Talking to the owners was very easy and they are very kind. The guest house is attached to thier house, but it is still your own space. I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay.

Property was clean and owners are responsive and accommodating. I felt the description is a little misleading. The guest house is connected to the main property and not quite as private as portrayed. The hot tub & fire pit are on a shared space between the house and guest house. This location is good if you have no intentions of being loud or playing music.

Nice, cozy lil home with a cute waterfall koi pond, fire pit, and hot tub with a scenic view. Perfect for our "Mommy sleepover". It is adjacent to the owners home, so if you plan on partying and being loud, probably not your environment. However, it was just the peace we were looking for.

This guest house is really nice…super clean, nice kitchen, great hot tub. It was next door to owners of the property. Owners were very accommodating. The house was totally suitable for 2 people. They offer a pull-out sofa for additional guests but we couldn’t get it to set up properly. Overall experience was great!

The property is just like the pictures with beautiful furnishings and a lovely view off the back porch. The owners are very kind and helpful and communicate very well. The Koi pond added to the serene back porch experience if you want a moment to relax. It was a lovely stay for us.

Peace and quiet when you want it
Overall the property was beautiful. Very clean, quiet and set away from the noise of the city and highway. We were able to wind down and relax when we wanted and take a short drive into the city when we wanted some excitement. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
