The property was great. The check-in receptionist was great. So friendly and personable. Breakfast was ok. No one was at the desk during breakfast and during checkout.

Great price for being across the street from Gaylord Opryland. Buffet breakfast included. Vending machines do not work well and staff will not update signs. Do not use $5 in the soda machine. You will not get change. That is the only complaint.

Sheets and bedding and stuff was not changed hair all over the room carpet not vacuumed housekeeping does not deal with the job. They’re supposed to do with the rooms. They were not clean.

Excellent breakfast. Friendly service for check in. Low rating because we let them know at check out two days earlier that the shower faucet was broken. Then got the same room and it was still broken.

nice clean place. good value for money and right across from opryland. restraints and bars adjoining in the parking lot. A bit noisy due to the bars but ask for a room further away and you should be fine.
