Great for a place to rest on our travels. Staff was pleasant, no smells, beds were clean, the area seemed safe(we are not local)

We got a huge suite room on the second floor. It was the only non-smoking room with 2 beds available tonight. It was quite expensive for what it was. The front room had a great air conditioner and a sofa sleeper. The next room had 2 full beds, but the bed was pressed almost directly against the AC so the room never really cooled down. The bathroom was massive. There was a gigantic shower, but the shower was disgusting - the drain was covered with hair. There were no hooks or places to hang towels. There were no hand towels or wash cloths and only two towels. When I called the office to see if we could get more for our family (since the room sleeps 6), they said there was a charge.
