Staff very friendly. First pet stays free, which is nice, as most charge. Breakfast very sparse, so don’t expect much. Room was clean, but building is a little tired. We had a bad TV controller, and they replaced it right away.

Check in was great, the woman behind the desk was friendly, efficient and helpful. That’s sadly where the positives end. There was no elevator and I have arthritis so with a heavy bag it wasn’t easy to get to my room upstairs. The room had a damp smell, the air conditioning was extremely loud and dirty, there was mold on the bedside table. The whole hotel was tired and dilapidated. Other guests were very loud, shouting, screaming and playing music late at night. There was very little soundproofing so it was hard to sleep. I wouldn’t stay again.
