Absolutely perfect home for us!
Publié le 20 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe needed a large home with several bedrooms so family and friends could stay with us as we celebrated our daughter's wedding in Nashville. We also hosted two gatherings and needed a large space where people could share meals and talk. This house was absolutely perfect. Every room looked exactly as pictured online - no unwelcome surprises! Very clean, very well stocked kitchen, all spaces very nicely decorated and welcoming. Our guests were able to sit outside both in the back seating area by the lawn and on the front porch. Inside there were several places to sit and talk and the ping pong table was a huge draw. The huge soaking tub and fancy shower in one large bedroom/bathroom was a big plus! We didn't use any child equipment but it was available. Lovely home, beautiful setting - we would stay here again!

house needs updating
Publié le 13 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayhow the house is advertised and what we got are two different things. Several kitchen cabinet doors off hindge broken picnic table. Talked with the caretaker and was told its too late in the season to fix it. Front of cabinets had food on them. Caretaker told they only do deep cleaning twice a year...food was obvious. Caretaker was nice and answered our questions but the owner doesnt care about property as you can see how it is maintained

Thanks a lot Ms.Michelle for your honest review. We were blessed to host your family. We wish you many many happy returns of your birthday. Had we knew about your great day, we would've placed some flowers for you, prior to your check in. Yes, our home is a great place for family and friends gathering from across the nation. Coz Nashville is almost right in the middle with equidistance from all major cities and states around.
Belmont is a great private university in Nashville, and it's just 15 minutes from our home. All the best to your niece.

Publié le 19 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayReally loved the house and location, felt like at home, only thing that i missed that was on the add was the people staying down stairs which it didnt bother nun of my team. Other then that place was great!

Mr.Alfredo, I'm glad that your team loved the house and the location. Prior to yours, many such corporate teams stayed at our property and felt like home. The sleeping capacity is 14, but with 4 big living rooms, it's a great place for corporate meetings too. That's the reason we even had some product launch meetings too at small level. But mostly the corporate associated staff stay here.
I'm also happy that none of your team were bothered by my caretaker family living downstairs. Yes they're a small family of 3, with totally separate access. They neither make any loud noise nor are offended / disturbed by any noise upstairs. Guests see them only in the parking lot or attending their backyard farm.

Lovely home with 5 bedrooms
Publié le 17 déc. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe loved staying at Country Cove to visit Nashville. The spacious home allowed us to bring my wife's friends with us for her birthday celebration. The home had plenty of room to gather for dinner and to relax and was under a 20 minute ride to music row.
We're definitely thinking about staying there again if we visit Nashville in the future.

Publié le 11 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had a wonderful visit altogether. The house was perfect for our size group. Very roomy, 12 of us had plenty of spaces to spread out. To be fair there were a few things I would say needed updating, but it didn’t affect our stay at all. We had an issue with the coffee pot and one was brought over to us by the end of the day. Thank you Emkay for a wonderful stay! 😊
