Great Condo

We had 8 adults in our party for a long weekend. The condo was very clean. Parking was easy and safe, the beds were all very comfortable and everything went great! There are a few cute bars/restaurants within walking distance and it was only an $8 Uber to Broadway. We are already talking about going back!

Property is well maintained and conveniently located in Nashville area. Great secured parking. Unit was spacious, clean and accommodated 9 people comfortably. Excellent communication with Host/Property management. Loved the electric fireplace ......Would stay again.....

Nice place

Had a business meeting there with my team. Just three of us but we had a few visitors. It was a bit troublesome that the main den area didn't have a TV in it that I had plan to display a Powerpoint on. The whole building also lost power at one point though it got taken care of in short order. Overall, I would certainly stay there again.

The Love Family

Perfect place to rest after a long day at the hospital when our twin grandsons were born! The property management even surprised us and left baby gifts! Can’t say enough about this wonderful home away from home!

Our Vanderbilt reunion was cancelled, it we forged ahead and still had our girls weekend. It was a perfect place for a group. Loved every minute. Beds were comfy too

Great Place for a long weekend!

The overall experience at this property was great! Kim and Melissa communicated so well - and believe me I asked a lot of questions! The baby stuff in the apartment was so clutch and perfect. We had plenty of space for our party of 7. We cooked and lounged plenty there while also visiting the city and had no issues. Plenty of amenities, two parking spots, beds were comfy and enough bathrooms to allow for privacy and quick getting ready mornings, If you are doing a little family reunion or a bachelorette getaway - worth it.

Excellent Stay for a Nashville Getaway!

I had the privilege of staying here with my family, and it was overall an excellent experience. The place was VERY clean upon arrival, it's in a great location for getting around the city/to and from the airport, and felt very safe. Something unique about this stay is that they're working on making it a zero waste hotel, which I thought was really cool. They provide several options for recycling and compost in the apartment. We were very comfortable staying here, and when we had an issue getting our code to the building to work, Melissa responded immediately. I would 100% recommend staying here.
