It’s a great place, central to the capital, and TPAC. My issue is I paid in full through Expedia, for a roll in shower / handicap room, when checking in, non were available, since this was a fully paid for room, non cancelation option, I should have been guaranteed a Handicap room / Roll in shower. Hotel staff offered a shower chair, but it did not fit the shower stall with glass doors, and the toilet was not wheel chair height, and no grab bars.

The Sky Lounge was nice but get reservation. Otherwise you may only be able to get into the bar area which is very small and not that speacial. The dining area was better.

Was expecting better than what I got. What was easy was valet. The elevators were slow. Our room door was not working properly. The ac did not work at all, and Summer in the South is sticky! Staff was nice but not too concerned about my issues. The lobby seemed congested and chaotic but was clean. The front was dirty, but the employees greeting were friendly. The lady driving the golf cart around had a friendly outgoing personality and seemed to like her job.
