OMG what is there NOT to like about this place. We loved the ease of transportation (bus stop right in front) for downtown #7. Dining options within walking distance. The place was perfect with the amenities of home. We had a 2b/2b with balcony. Loved sitting on balcony in the morning before starting our adventures and after a perfect day of sightseeing. Definitely will reserve at Sonder 21 on our next visit.

Be aware that You need to do all the pre check in online bc there is no front desk. You need to get your code and sign up for parking all online before you get there. The location is great for walking around but it’s across from the hospital emergency room so very loud with ambulances / helicopters. Overall the apt is very nice but the carpet in the hall and bedrooms is very very old and dirty.

Good location needs maintenance
Very convenient location and room was generally fine except does need some maintenance - e.g. shower door falling off, sofa bed frame bent. Common areas are pretty dirty (e.g. hallway carpet is filthy, garbage near elevators was overflowing for several days attracting bugs/flies that would enter the elevator). Regular pick up of main garbage bin directly outside my window at 2 am was incredibly disruptive!

My wife and I had a great time. There's a lot of local shops in the neighborhood and restaurants close to the university. There's a bus that stops right outside the condo that takes you straight to downtown also, there's grocery stores in the area if you want to do your own cooking came with all utensils and appliances needed.

Garbage in parking garage was not emptied and there were flies all over the place. We also left trash in our room that was never picked up because we were not at the resort in the evening to put it out. The worst issue we had was that the sofa bed was broken beyond repair so we were given an air mattress which did not hold air. A member of our party ended up sleeping on the floor on the mattress from the sofa bed. Other than that the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We loved the neighborhood.

Overall property has improved in cleanliness. Its a great location and price is very good. The only negative was the huge cockroach found in one of the bathrooms. it was over two inches long. I hope that is just a one time and unusual issue.

Overall the place was fine and met our needs. The pull out couch was not usable which made it difficult to use as an extra bed. The toilet constantly ran which was loud because it was connected to the bedroom. The balcony needed to be power washed to remove the dirt and cobwebs. Located in a lovely part of Nashville with nice restaurants and shops. Ubers were very accessible which made transportation easier.

The first room we had wasn’t great, so we reached out to the staff and were moved immediately. The second room was much better and the remainder of our stay was great

Our room was filthy. Air filter was full of dust. We had no TV until we borrowed a computer to hook up to the TV. Our 3rd person had to sleep on air mattress do to broken sofa-bed. EDIT: Can't upload photos to show condition.

Low review. Only due to pool condition needs a vacuum. So much gravely dirt in bottom. And chairs stretched to the point they poke your back when laying on them. Room and property is great. Great beds. Pillows excellent. Balcony could use a sweep and wash.

This Sonder is in a great location but is VERY noise at night. We stayed there last year as well and don’t recall it being quite as bad. There is a new bar across the street so I’m assuming they were the culprit.
