It was perfect, we spend most evenings in the common area which was very comfortable. The bedding was wonderful and the room size was more than accommodating for the length of our stay.

We have no hot water for 2 days. We checked in Monday afternoon and come Tuesday till we left early morning on Thursday there’s no hot water. We told the front desk about the situation.

Embarrassing!!! We stayed here for our wedding weekend. If we could have left we would have BUT we had our cake reception in our suite and the address was on our invitations!!! My bathroom had what looked like vomit behind the toilet on the wall,the toilet had stains in the bowl, the baseboards look like they hadn't been cleaned in months! My maid of honor went to sleep in her room,she.pulled back the sheets and there was mice poop! Behind her bathroom door looked like they tried to cover a big mold spot but failed,again dirty baseboards! In the living room the vents looked so dirty one of my guest pointed it out! The phone in the room didnt work. When either one of us took a shower, the water backed up so bad that we would be ankle deep by the time we ended our shower with water. I had wanted to take a long bubble bath the night before my wedding BUT the shower/tub floor had peeling so bad theres no way it would have been comfortable. And finally the night before my wedding the people in the suite across from us were having a drunk party,it was11:47 at night, i called the front desk,was told no night manager, the front desk girl said she would TRY to call them!! Even though i had complained about the accommodations to the same girl,upon checking out there was no mention of the conversations i had with her let alone an apology or any type of compensation.
