Pas un endroit pour des couples
Publié le 17 juill. 2022 sur HotelsNous avons séjourné pendant quatre nuits à l’hôtel, et à tous les jours lorsque nous voulions profiter de la piscine et de la terrasse lors de notre retour du centre-ville, ces deux installations étaient bondées de gens en groupe (15 personnes et plus) qui prenaient carrément le contrôle de la place, qui se faisaient de la nourriture sur les barbecues extérieurs, ce qui devenait très désagréable à cause de la fumée et du bruit. À toutes les fois, on s’est sentis comme si on dérangeait un party privé! Et le soir, ces mêmes groupes envahissaient le lobby pour y passer la soirée bruyamment! Également, l’hôtel est entouré d’hôpitaux et cliniques médicales, avec aucun autres services pour tourismes….bref, bel hotel assez récent, mais vraiment un hôtel plus fait pour les groupes (sportifs et autres) que pour les couples!

Nashville atmosphere
Publié le 23 sept. 2024 sur HotelsOur group of 6 came to Nashville for the Packer game vs Titans. We had a 1 bedroom suite with 2 queen beds. The living space included a kitchenette with microwave, dishwasher, stove top, and complete refrigerator/freezer which was really nice. The living space also included a small island table, pull out sofa sleeper, and enough seating for all 6 of us. We could have used another small dresser for more drawer space.
The fitness center and indoor pool areas were very nice and well maintained. The pool was large (a bit cool) with an outdoor seating area with grills for cooking. Unfortunately there was not a hot tub or whirlpool. The fitness center was not just one or two bikes. It had a wide range of free weights, a strength training machine capable of 8 separate exercises and more than a dozen high quality treadmills, bikes, and elliptical machines.
The bar, lounge, and breakfast area were also wonderfully set up with multipleTVs and plenty of seating with comfortable couches and chairs. The only negative was the bar didnt open until 4:00. The breakfast was a high end continental style always featuring a couple of hot food choices, fruit, cereals, and assortment of breads and muffins. This area did need more service attention with restocking in order to keep it from running low on items.
The front desk workers were very friendly and helpful. We also took full advantage of their shuttle to Broadway St.
We would definitely stay here again!!

The building and room seemed very new and I would like to stay there again especially for a longer visit.
The check in process was slow and not allowed until 4:00 pm so there was a line of people trying to check in and only one person working the counter who seemed a little confused and other guests were having problems with the gate to the parking garage and to their rooms.
Apparently they have a social time with food and drinks but it wasn't explained to us at all so I am not sure what is actually included.
