Wonderful relaxing stay
We booked this lovely studio apartment to have a landing spot while visiting our Nashville-area college student. We absolutely loved it!! It is very well-appointed and super comfortable. The Mercantile is in the quaint downtown area, right above a coffee shop (wonderful vibe) with several conveniences nearby (Walmart, local grocery store, and several restaurant options). We tried Mi Rancho Mexican across the street, it was reasonably priced and delicious. Overarchingly, Amanda is a great host- readily available if anything is needed, but non-intrusive. Actually, the studio apt was so cozy, our college student aimed to hang out with us at the apt as much as her schedule allowed: win-win! It was an easy 25-30 min drive to Nashville; we will definitely stay again when in town. Thanks, Amanda, for sharing this wonderful studio apt, we will be back!

Great location! The bed was very comfortable, shower had great water pressure and perfect temperature. Basic amenities provided. Amanda was great and responded quickly when I had a question. Great location on Main Street, within walking distance to eateries. The coffee shop below the room wasn’t open while we stayed. Very clean!

The quick stay was very nice and comfortable. The wooden floors squeak a lot, but it is supposed to, it adds to the experience. Very clean and the curvy drive in was nice. We would stay there again.

Adorable little studio. I think it's time for a new mattress though, we actually left a day early because my husband couldn't handle sleeping on it again. The door lock thru the phone app did not want to work on the outside door it kept giving a jammed error. I was always worried we would come in late and not be able to get in. While they seem convenient if they don't work with someone's phone could be a real issue.

We loved our stay in Ashland City. We give our stay 5 stars. If we had to find something to make any fuss about would only be that we wish there would have been a few more towels since there are just the two large shower towels. Luckily there is a washer and dryer in the room but we only had 1 tide pod to use so we got more detergent and left it in the laundry room for the next guest! Channel options are limited in the tv but not a big deal we spent most of our town outside exploring. The bed isn’t the MOST comfortable we’ve ever slept in did toss and turn a bit at night but nothing we couldn’t handle. Highly recommend stopping by Mama D’s diner for breakfast, Sheye girl coffee shop directly below in the same building your room is in and the Mexican restaurant across the street Laredos burrito shop!

Such a great find!
The loft was perfect for our quick trip to Tennessee. And only 28 mins away from Nashville! The loft had everything we needed and the space was so nicely designed. The host was easy to talk to and very nice! We will definitely keep this place in mind on our next trip to the area.

Really Cute
We LOVED our room. Just a few changes would make it perfect! The decor is really well done. It’s very quaint and clean. Next time we would bring all our own food as the restaurant selection isn’t good. We would have liked an extra towel or 2. Also, there were no paper towels in the kitchen. We found Amanda very pleasant and helpful. All in all, we would stay here again.
