The hotel was clean and comfortable. Parking is problematic if you need a EV charger. The hotel states it has EV charging. If you need EV charging, I suggest you stay elsewhere. I don’t know if the EV charger was there before valet was sectioned off or the other way around. Either way, it’s a bad location. You can’t access it, and the valet staff (and hotel staff) don’t know how to manage parking and charging. Upon arrival, we were shown where to park/find the charger even though it’s in the valet area. My husband had an issue and found his way to the front desk. They pointed us back to valet who also couldn’t help. We also needed the valet to show us how to get back to our vehicle because it still had our bags. We had to get up early to disconnect charging and avoid additional charges for being connected/parked once fully charged. Again, it’s in a secure area not meant for guests. We went the same way we were shown by the valet. When we checked out, we again accessed the vehicle (at this point we knew the way) and were confronted with the morning valet who questioned what we were doing and how we were able to access the space. I’ll spare you the rest of the difficulties. Let’s call it what it was… less than an ideal experience. I would stay here again if I have other charging arrangements in place. I would not stay here again if EV charging is a deal breaker.

Great location, very clean and new.
We enjoyed our stay! The hotel is relatively new, very clean and has a very nice rooftop pool and bar. The pool is small but serves the purpose. We found lounge chairs but I would imagine it might be difficult at times. The hotel location is excellent. It was an easy walk to all the bars, restaurants and night life on Broadway as well as around town. We will definitely stay at Tempo when in Nashville again.

Everything was great until I requested late checkout and lady at desk got pretty snippy about it. It’s ok if they couldn’t accommodate me for it but I just wouldn’t stay there again because the lady was snippy about me even asking. Apparently they have their own rule at the front desk to only offer it to people starting at 9:30 and I got there at 9:40, which I was completely unaware of so like I said I would not stay there again due to this fact.

Also loved the very modern bathrooms and lighting situation, automatic motion sensitive:)) the 3 things noticed, coffee cups did not have handles for very hot coffee, no napkins for spills or glasses in the bathroom for hygiene care

Great area went for a game so only minutes away from broadway. Only issue I had was the air in the room it got very hot at night and the thermostat was on 66. But my family complaint about how hot it got throughout the night.

Perfect location! Close enough to downtown bar scene but far enough to not be bothered by noise. Great location if not renting a car. Walkable to everything!
