Tried and won't try again

Checkin not possible before 16:00, even knowing it, if you come earlier you have to wait. This could be easier with a real front desk, no? Room was just a big larger than the bed, impossible to get the tv working (netflix, etc...), same for the coffee machine in the room. Modern place, modern design (nice by the way), but cold, missing humanity.

Hi Patrice! Thank you so much for your candid feedback. We are sad to see such a negative review! We have checked all of our records and we do not have any requests for an early check-in. We do offer early check-in upon request, so we would have loved to accommodate you for an early arrival! In regards to the room size, I see that you booked one of our Economy Full rooms which is advertised as a smaller compact room designed for solo travelers. We do have quite a few other room options here at our property that provide more space. We are sorry that you had trouble with some of the items in the room as well. We do have a manager on call 24/7 and we send out multiple messages during all guests stay checking in to see if there are any needs. Unfortunately we did not receive a response from you during your stay, so we were not able to help with any of these issues. We would love to host you again in the future to provide you the amazing experience that we strive to give all of our guests!

The details really shine at the gallatin. Every single item in the rooms, halls, and lobby are all aesthetically pleasing. And the bathtub in the deluxe king suite is worth every penny. Amazing time. Every time I come to Nashville I’ll be staying at either the Gallatin or the Russel. It’s just a perfect chill clean and nice hotel.

This hotel was wonderful! The staff were so nice and responsive. Our room was adorable and the lobby was bright and festive. There were great coffee options, and an outdoor area to enjoy. It was an easy 10 minute drive downtown and there were tons of shops and restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. I’d stay here again anytime I visit Nashville.

Loved The Gallatin!

This property is so quirky and fun! It was close to the concert venue I needed and had safe off-street parking and I felt very safe. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were amazing! I would absolutely stay here again!
