Weekend Wedding Getaway
Publié le 29 août 2024 sur HomeAwayTraveled to Nashville for my son's wedding. I brought my parents, kids, and grandkids. This place is beautiful, great location, fantastic view of the woods and plenty of room for all. The grown children and grandkids loved the gameroom! The only caution I would give is there is alot of stairs and only 2 bedrooms are downstairs....not a mark against the house and worked out well for us but beaware if you have mobility issues. We would definitely rent again.

Fun stay
Publié le 22 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was a very easy check in and check out. The house was beautiful and mainly clean. It was on a lot of curvy roads, which was a pretty drive. Contacted the manager about a light that was out in the master bathroom (it was above the toilet, which was in its own room) on Wednesday & it still was not changed when we left on Saturday. The ceilings were really tall, otherwise we would have just changed ourselves. I also contacted the managers 2 times before we left to see if there were toiletries in the bathroom or if we needed to bring our own & never heard back. (there was toothpaste & makeup wipes, but no shampoo, conditioner or soap/body wash) We were also a family of 12 people and they had 3 trash bags for a weeks stay. We had to go buy more. It would be nice with a few more things in the house or with things a little more clearly labeled. It was hard to find things in the kitchen. There were minimal utensils, some need to be replaced, and the pans were very heavy. We like to cook and it made it a little bit tough. The furniture looked very pretty but was not very comfortable, any of it. The couch, barstools, dining chairs were all uncomfortable, For such a large house you could only seat 5 people in the living room to watch a movie or hang out. The downstairs had a comfortable couch, but no place to watch a movie. The pool table was a bit crooked, but fun. We played ping pong too, but there was only 1 ball that was not cracked. Overall had a good time.

Publié le 3 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat house for family and friends to stay! We loved it just wish we had more time to spend there. Everything was perfect and the host was very responsive when we contacted them on our first night there with questions.

Beautiful home!

Communication with property manager was bare to none (never responded to questions asked about the property once we arrived) other than to let us know how to check in and then check out.

House is lacking essentials
Publié le 1 juin 2023 sur HomeAwayThis is a gorgeous house; however this is not equipped with the necessities for a vacation rental. We were unaware of the essentials that we needed to bring until 1 hour before check in. This should be listed on the site that they only provide minimal things like trash bags, paper towels, dish detergent, toilet paper etc. The kitchen doesn't have nearly what you would need to cook for the 10 people that we had staying. It has been almost a month and I still have not received the deposit back. We left the house cleaner than when we arrived. Very disappointed.

Beautiful house

Game room tv screen is shattered; there aren’t any towel hooks or bars, and no bath mats in all baths. The Keurig and toaster aren’t working properly. There are no baking pans available. A lot of light bulbs inside the house need replacement.
