Only stayed 1 night, but was very impressed by how clean, and very contemporary this hotel was!! The pool, BBQ area, and firepit were also amazing!! We will be going back!

When I checked in I asked the staff to add my rewards number. I was told because I used a 3rd party he was unable to do it. THIS IS NOT TRUE. Then i went to my room. I could not get on the internet and I needed to pay because I did not have a rewards number on file at the desk. I contacted the front desk and was told I needed to create an account. I said I have one already. He said I have to do it again. So I did, then I got an error message, that I already hav an account and I need to contact the front desk. Anyway, it was fixed because he finally entered my rewards number like I requested when I checked in!

Stay was good but checkout failed to email our receipt although we ask for it and they failed to send it
