Nice hotel but note their “daily amenity fee”

Please note the “daily amenity fee” which they say “includes our parking garage, wifi, workout room, and complimentary coffee in the morning! It is $16/day ($18.60 after tax).” I missed reading this when I booked and as I didn’t have a car felt disappointed that they make this additional charge where most other hotels offer this as a standard.

One remote, two TV’s and it didn’t work with one of them. There was a kitchenette with no utensils or plates. Housekeeping didn’t come. The staff seemed uninterested. I did inquire about the things that I thought were missing and was told I needed to request those things….from staff that seemed like everything was an interruption. I didn’t feel welcome. The room was nice otherwise. I wouldn’t spring for the Suite next time.

The staff was absolutely amazing. Let me check in early without up charging me, since my travel plans changed with the weather conditions. The only problem I encountered was trouble with the room temperature being stuck at 65 degrees. Needed to send someone up to fix it, which he did easily and promptly. My only complaint about the room is that there was no mini fridge in the room, so the leftovers from my dinner went to waste. But outside of those minor details, Waymore’s was a delight

I don't like the beds! The metal frame sticks out & u don't see until u hit it. It wiped me out & i had socks on so i slipped on the floor & hit my face on the floor cutting my lip open & will have to visit the dentist.

Second Stay as good as first

This was our second stay at Waymore. We like that parking is easy. We attended a concert at the Grand Ole Opry so we drove there so it was very easy to get in and out of the garage which is steps from the hotel elevator. We arrived late and left early, so we didn’t get a chance to enjoy any amenities, but the staff was nice and the price was reasonable.

Great place in East Nashville

This was my second stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient to my son's apartment and many restaurants and shops are walkable from this location. The staff couldn't be nicer if they tried, most especially the young woman who was working the bar/front desk area on the evening of 12/26. She had a great personality, shared funny stories and handled all inquiries from new guests with friendliness, professionalism and humor. As we were disappointed that the rooftop bar was closed, she more than made up for the closed bar with her sparkling personality and quick wit. What a great addition to your staff, (she indicated she had started working there very recently).
