Our goal is to leave enough supplies based on the guests and their stay length based on average use. There is a portable vacuum in the garage on the wall and cleaning supplies under the sink for any mishaps. Laundry detergent is on top of the washer to get guests going. Our cleaning staff takes care of the rest. We don’t expect our guests to clean outside of the normal day to day mess that may occur.

Cute Nashville Getaway
Publié le 14 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayReally enjoyed our stay here, the townhouse was very cute and spacious and had everything we needed for our girls weekend. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all a good size and having two full and one half bathroom was perfect. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Exceeded expectations, would stay again.

I am VERY picky about staying at a clean place & the Pink Palace met my expectation.
The key pad stopped working & it was promptly fixed. No matter where a person stays, this could happen. IT is their response time that I was impressed with. Thank you

Easy, clean, and convenient!

This worked really well for a wedding weekend where we were coming and going back and forth between the venue, but was also a really great place to relax and hang out. Plenty of space and the bathrooms were large so it made it easy to get ready for events, especially having a bunch of girls! Thanks for providing a wonderful place to stay!

I'm disappointed
Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HomeAwayStay was good we arrived later than planned and some expected guests wasn't able to join us because on arrival to the house it seemed kinda spooky being the grass and bushes tall uncut at the end of the alleyway behind the market then entering the house for inspection noticing the laundry room door in the floor first and noticed other things damage the next day not wanting to deal with these issues on my sons birthday.

Sorry you feel that way. Some of the damage was reported to happen from you and/or your guests which we filed a claim and was approved. We switched landscaping companies so we were waiting for them to take over the property. Previous guest also damaged a couple things so we had to get them fixed which they are now. Again sorry for the inconvenience this is not typical as you can see from all of our previous reviews.

Family vacation

One of the cleanest Vrbo houses I’ve stayed in. The location was great for Nashville activities while being quiet and away from the crowd. Very close to the lake and had an amazing coffee shop that was in walking distance from the property. Would highly recommend this location for families looking to stay in a quiet Nashville area.

Quiet and comfortable

The property faces the back of what seems to be run down buildings, one however is a nice little flower shop/ convenience store. The area seems to be in revitalization

Very Nice property!
Publié le 16 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe came to Nashville for a Savahnna Banana game. We were 20 minutes away from the park and 25 ministers from downtown. Very easy to get to both places. The house was very nice with plenty of room. Beds were comfortable. It was great to be able to put our vehicle in the garage too. Definitely would recommend this property. The only thing we don’t like was the water pressure.
