We may not be 500 ,per night hotel, with all the amenities, but this 3 star hotel went beyond to broke the rule to allow this guest to bring others on site to use our pool. Obviously not enough, but we love our place. Thanks Carolyn

I was surprised to find out how far this property was from main points of interest, given how expensive transportation is. A positive is how quiet it is, in comparison to downtown, but options for dining, shopping, etc. are very limited. The property itself was fine except that the wifi was very unstable. If you need to work at all, or use the wifi for your mobile service (like I did), then this is not a feasible option.

We understand that the location was not what you expected, however, our property is located in a safe and quite location within 10 minutes walking distance from the beaches and 5 minutes walk from public transportation. We encourage guests to thoroughly research the location to ensure it aligns with their preferences and travel plans.We cannot apologize for any inconvenience caused by the unstable WiFi. We currently have 3 routers to which we are paying a large amount for to the Cable company and certainly, we cannot be compared to a 10G found in large hotels. Although its a bias, non-reflective account, we thank you for choosing our property, and we wish you safe and enjoyable travels. Best regards,

We arrived later than usual but the host was still very accommodating. The setup is really worth the price. The bed is very comfortable And the do charge a cleaning fee on site. The room can also use some improvements, the keypad for the door went off all hours of the night as if there was a glitch and they only had satellite tv available with limited channels. Overall It was okay.

The room was not properly cleaned almost everything was dirty… spoiled cheese in the fridge possibly from previous customer(s) The bathroom sink was a bit dirty not to mention the floor mats. Cobwebs and a small trash like stuff.

I am happy you enjoyed your 4 day stay. During your time here you were able to enjoy the amenities of the pool, and our property. Everyday we saw you on the property and never once did you mention anything. Now if I am to believe you, we now have to fire our maid. You never gave me a chance to correct the issue, but rather after 4 days you lived with it and waited to write a poor review. As a healthcare professional, I pride myself in cleanliness, and would never have my guest live in what you described.
