Quiet neighborhood in walking distance to center of town. Close to grocery store, pharmacies and to main arteries for taking public transportation for larger trips.We felt safe in this neighborhood.Host always available for advice. Excellent value.

Quite, quant and cozy

The property is appropriate to the cost. Host are exceptionally accommodating. Idea for short stay, price accommodating for long stays but night walking not recommended.

Rose overlook

Trevor and Sasha were amazing hosts that really wanted us to have an amazing stay. They even drove us to a couple different places so we wouldn't have to pay for a taxi. The only thing that I didn't like is that only the first roll of toilet paper was provided. Other than that, the stay was perfect.

I liked how clean the place was. Every thing was presented well in the house and the security fences helped me feel safer in the location I was at

Cute place but scary neighborhood

As we were driving to the property from the airport, my sister and I grew more uncomfortable with the neighborhood we were driving through. We arrived and within 15 minutes, we decided that we didn't feel safe and explained to Trevor. Also concerning was that only the bedroom was air conditioned with a small wall unit. Still, this was an irrelevant issues since we had already decided not to stay. Several days ago I asked Trevor for a refund for the 2nd and 3rd nights plus return of the damage deposit. Trevor was not interested in discussion and accused me of trying to extort a refund. This was, unfortunately, my first experience with Homeaway.

After checking in, and it was known that the property was not close enough for them to walk to their event, they decided to check out, I received one message stating they sent me a previous message, that was not the case, all conversations are on the Homeaway platform so you can see for yourself the thread of the conversation, they then went on to demand that I refund them or they will send a negative review.
