Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'd like to kindly and clearly underline that this group consisted of three families, including many small children. During their stay, unfortunately, they caused damage to one shower handle and one shower curtain. Additionally, the children attached papers all over the walls and leaving quite a mess that required our attention and extensive and deep cleaning upon their departure. It's important to note that our property is explicitly labeled as self-catering, although we do provide a comprehensive array of amenities, including garbage bags, shampoo, conditioner, shower soap, hand soap, and more. While these are provided for our guests' convenience, guests are expected to replenish these items if they are excessively used during their stay. Regarding grocery costs, Solomon Yamacraw's grocery prices are in line with those found throughout the entire Bahamas, and Palm Cay Beach Octopus restaurant is renowned for its convenience in Nassau. Additionally, for transportation, Palm Cay is conveniently located just 20 minutes from downtown and Atlantis and about 30 minutes from Bahamar. Therefore, the assertion that our location is remote may not accurately reflect the accessibility of our property. Lastly, regarding the house's layout, it's worth mentioning that the stairs are standard, and we do caution that the property may not be suitable for individuals with reduced mobility, as indicated in our descriptions. We appreciate your feedback and hope to continue providing excellent experiences for our guests.

Thank you for your review. I would like to make a brief correction regarding the situation. The guest only informed us of the reduced group size at the time of check-in. As previous guests have attested, the beds provided are of excellent quality. It appears that the dissatisfaction expressed by this particular guest might be driven by an unrelated issue, perhaps an unsuccessful attempt to secure a refund. Furthermore, she repeatedly called the manager throughout the day, seemingly in an attempt to voice complaints and seek refunds. It's worth noting that the beds and lighting were in excellent condition, with no reported problems. The overall experience for the group of seven was positive, except for the individual who seemed to consistently seek reasons for complaint in an apparent effort to obtain a refund.
