on arrive dans un domaine éloigné de tout , très loin de la ville ,domaine privé très bien gardé , presque une prison…. on a pris un appartement pour une nuit pour 3 adultes, il y avait un grand lit et 2 canapés-lit fait plutôt pour une personne , pas confortable du tout pour une personne alors que dire pour deux!!! La dame qui nous a reçus nous a donné 3 paires de draps pour une personne , aucun drap pour le grand lit , le seul lit confortable!!! pas de serviette pour la douche ,pour en louer une , il faut payer 0.9€ (50 pesos) ce qui n'est rien sauf que si vous ne vous enregistrez pas dans ce condom soit 21 € ( 1200 pesos) par personne, vous ne pouvez pas louer de serviette , vous ne pouvez pas aller manger au restaurant du domaine , vous ne pouvez pas aller acheter à manger à la boutique du domaine , je rappelle que nous sommes loin de tout.…. on nous présente un beau domaine avec piscine , plage mais en tout petit dans un coin on vous dit que pour bénéficier de ça , il faut payer 21€par personne sinon on a droit à rien!!! Il faudrait le signaler en GRAND !!!!! Sinon , le domaine est magnifique mais pas adapté à des voyageurs qui viennent y passer une nuit!!!

All information and details were provided to you via Hotels dot com messaging service and room was made ready for you, including linen, pillows, blankets for 3 guests, toilet paper, dish-washing materials in fully equipped kitchen. Pico de Loro Cove guest registration fee is paid extra, to Pico de Loro Cove itself and not included in condo rate, which is clearly indicated in listing details. Cleaning and local fees are collected upon check-in and that is indicated as well when you are processing your booking

we arrived at 6 in the afternoon and waited at the gate for 1 hour for them to find the reservations, then to our surprise we found ourselves in an rbnb room (no one informed us about it) locked, we waited 1 hour for them to contact the representative and unlock the door .I asked to meet the manager but he never showed up. At 8.30 in the evening they sent me an e-mail that my room is 303A and rules that I had to accept as well as that they didn't offer towels and toiletries. (I think I should have been informed before for these and not after I paid)Also from your side you forwarded an e-mail that more or less threatened me that if I don't accept what they are giving me I will be sanctioned. I had the room booked for two days and I left at one. I would like you, Expedia, to apologize on the matter and also to take steps to remedy the injustices that have caused me and my family trouble

We expect guests to be literate enough to read and comprehend listing details before and after booking. Review tells more about the guests than about the resort and accommodation which is of Superhost status and with hundreds of satisfied guests reviews. This particular guest failed to read and to understand published listing details before booking and check-in details provided after booking. Personal details of this guest were handed over to law enforcement, criminal code of the Philippines will apply, full of profanity and of poor English messages of guest submitted to Expedia

We expect our guests to be literate enough to read and comprehend what they are booking, and to read arrival and check-in info sent to guests after their booking. We refer to hundreds of reviews of satisfied guests and superhost status :) Pico de Loro Cove is luxury resort-community 2 hours from Manila, prime accommodation with AC, Wifi, Netflix, Uratex bedding, hence high scores of reviews of satisfied guests :)

A terrible stay in Pico de Loro

The condo unit was clean but water was not sufficient in the bathroom. There was no wifi which was devastating considering that I did not have local phone. We relied so much on internet use to communicate with family. TV was made available after a day of complaining. These are the reasons why we checked out early. Food was expensive and not good, esp the breakfast.

We wish the guests a fantastic day ahead, but will not recommend them to any home-sharing environment, hotel might suit them better if budget would ever allow. The review tells more about guests than about the accommodation and resort: Pico de Loro Cove is world-class 5-start resort-community 2 hours away from Manila, offering exclusive experience in protected area with untouched nature surrounding the resort :) Exclusive 5-start resort has several restaurants, even 24-7 and with room service, food price is considered to be normal unless not having budget for staycations of this type :) Wifi is free and provided complimentary by the resort, technicians are available on standby in the resort 24-7. Water heater is installed, it is a direct heater type, heating warm water directly as long as warm water is used :) We expect our guests to be literate enough to read and comprehend services offered, services available on request, technicians on standby. We refer instead to hundreds of satisfied guests' reviews and superhost status :)

We wish these guests a nice day ahead but will not recommend them to any resort environment. Review tells more about the guest than about the resort. Guest failed to read and comprehend listing details before and after the reservation was made. It is important to be able to read and comprehend published info before making reservation. Pico de Loro Cove is a 5 stars luxurious resort 2 hours off Manila. We refer instead to hundreds of satisfied guests reviews :)

The pool is great. The condo is affordable. Members and staff are approachable. Really good place for vacation.
