This was my first trip to Natchez and Colleen at Sunnyside made sure it was grand! She welcomed my husband and I with open arms! She was sure to fill us with lots of history from her beautiful home and also LOTS of tasty breakfast! I can not wait to return, hopefully for CHRISTmas!

The owner is such a Wonderful Hostess - she goes beyond with everything - her house is Beautiful ! Rooms so comfortable ! breakfast was fantastic - ya better be hungry ! The owner is more than a hostess she welcomes you in as a Friend - Love this place !

Beautiful estate in a beautiful Southern city. Both seemingly untouched by time. Host was efficient in all phone messaging and very gracious in welcome to her home. Felt as if we were coming home to family as we were treated oh so well. Thanks!

Sunnyside Bed & Breakfast is awesome!! Beautiful home, exquisite furnishings and the service is second to none!! Colleen makes you feel like you’re at home!! Big southern breakfast was outstanding!! This was one of the best places we’ve ever stayed!!! We will definitely be staying here again!!!

Colleen is a wonderful host. She was eager to provide for any of our needs. She provided much information to help us make the most of our stay in Natchez. Breakfasts were delicious and beautifully presented. Bathroom had no towel bars or hooks and had limited space to set toiletries. Bed was very comfortable.
