Hôtel accueillant, idéalement situé proche de natchitoches et de la route des plantations du Cane Creole county. Personnel sympathique et à l écoute, petit dej excellent et chambre vaste et confortable. Proche qq restos. A recommander pour une visite du secteur !

When we checked in...and not before, we were told that the elevators were not working AND the televisions were not working. Forewarning or a discount on the room were warranted.

Disgusting and no TVs working no elevators working

This hotel is filthy, The TVs were out of service, The elevators were not working, The staff refused to help me lug suitcases up to flights of stairs, The stuff that was leaving at 10:00 p.m. was super rude to the stuff that was there to start her shift right in front of me, The eating area was disgusting, And when I got up in the morning the same grossness was on the same tables. Good morning staff were all talking standing around doing nothing while people tried to find clean places to eat It was so gross. I will never stay at this hotel again.

Don't stay here unless you wanna deal with mold everywhere inside the room dirty towels noisy broke tv broke elevator horrible customer service . I would never stay here again I would not recommend anyone stay here
