Rooms are clean. Sara at front desk was extremely helpful. Reserved a cabin for our family for this next summer. Recommended going to St Elmo, most excellent. And , of course, the hot springs were amazing. Think the two of us will be back in December.

The place is beautiful. The room where I stayed was run down with furniture in poor condition and it had a smell. Trying to get in touch with the restaurant for take out took way too long and I attempted it two different times

Everything was great, except they didn’t tell us when we were checking in that one of the pools was going to shift to winter hours the next day. Therefore, we didn’t have a chance to go explore that pool and we could’ve done it the previous day had we been alerted?

What I didn't like was the unauthorized charge of nearly $1000 on my debit card that cleaned out my bank account after I had already prepaid for my stay. They couldn't tell me why my card was charged or who charged it.
