No hot water in shower.

Had an issue checking in. Arrived at 4 pm and there was no staff on premises. Sign on the locked office door provided phone number to call for check in information but i could not get a cell connection around area (it happens in UP). Thankfully there was another lady checking in who had a connection and she called for her and my check in.

Easy quick stay in a nice area

The room was clean and comfortable, good shower/tub. We didn't find a blow dryer, but not a big deal. Would only note that laundry facilities were available only during daytime hours, and, as this was the midway point of our trip, we had planned to do laundry that evening. We were out enjoying the area during daytime, so would not have been able or interested in doing it during the day. Would only suggest that be noted on Hotels.com's site. Thanks!
