Great amenities but lacking the expected service
Posted Jan. 14, 2024 on HotelsHotel is in excellent condition and have great rooms. However, we were not satisfied with the overall service level at the Hotel. First we were not able to get a table in the main restaurant for dinner despite attempting to book several days in advance, this meant we were stuck with the buffet/ala carte option in the other restaurant. From the looks of it, it seems fine, however the taste was just not there at all in any of the dishes. The fish for main courses was way undercooked, and the meats were very cheap cuts and far from tender.
In addition the level of service in regards to the ski lockers was undesirable and cost us a lot of time.

Ski trip

Excellent hotel for ski vacations

Hidden pool use costs
Posted Mar. 8, 2019 on HotelsThe hotel website and also information pack in the room does not make it clear that there is a charge to use the pool ( some 22 Euro per person we discovered) We booked this particular hotel because it had a pool, as we wanted to swim after skiing each day. The hotel itself was lovely, staff very helpful and we really appreciated out interconnecting room. We were just left feeling disappointed that we couldn't swim without incurring substantial extra charges.

I did a presentation in the main room with over 60 people. Great evening fantastic breakfast but the hotel wanted to charge me for hot tub????
