Amazing and High End Experience!
Publié le 5 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayI will start by saying this is a beautiful property. I appreciated the gated entry; the grounds and corridors were extremely clean and well-maintained. Upon arrival, everything was immaculate. It has everything you need; everything is well organized and quickly found. There is plenty of space, is high-end design, and the heated master bathroom tile floor is a great touch. The covered balcony is huge with a spectacular view. There is an adjacent building, so it is not extremely private, but I did not find it an issue. SMART TVs, fast internet, and high-end appliances only add to the rental's top-notch appointments. I wish had time for a longer stay. Everything worked, and I had no problems. Reservations were simple; emails from the owner sent links and any details needed. She responded quickly and was very nice. If you respect this fantastic property, you should choose it for your stay. I highly recommend it. Stunning and well done!
A couple of wish list items: Adding a full-length wall mirror would be handy and I was surprised this was missing. I am also used to a softer bed, and I wish the master mattress were a bit plusher; however, I appreciated the extra linens and blankets as the weather was cold during my visit, which helped balance the firm mattress out. I also wish the luggage carts were in the garage, not the main building, as it is a little walk.
I also wish the check out was a little later in the morning.

Mark - we are glad that you enjoyed your stay! We do have a full length mirror in the main bedroom walk in closet. Also, just to let others know, there is a loading zone next to the carts for convenience. Guest can unload and take their cart upstairs then return to park the car, details are in the guest guide. Starting Jan 1, check out will be 10AM. We hope to host you again someday.

Publié le 22 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayHighly recommend this condo. It was nicely decorated and clean. Easy access to beach and well maintained grounds. Only recommendation is new towels are needed. They were worn and not so white anymore. Otherwise, great place to stay. You won’t be disappointed.

Glad you loved the condo. We inspect the linens before each guest, they were not stained or had any loose threads, they are expensive hotel quality towels from Marriott. We do replace linens every January.

The “fine print” in the rental agreement indicates the free rental is only March thru October. Deanna did provide the contact information for a rental agency, but at our added expense. Otherwise the property was beautiful and well maintained and Deanna was helpful.

Fantastic Condo
Publié le 29 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe have stayed in many condos in the Panama City Beach, Destin, and Ft. Walton beach area. We decided to give Navarre a try. I am so glad we did. This was by far the nicest and cleanest condo we have stayed in. The complex is nice. The check in process was very easy. The view was fantastic. The balcony overlooking the Gulf is huge. We enjoyed our breakfasts on the balcony and it was so relaxing. The pool and the beach are easy accessible and very nice. The beach chair service is a definite plus however it is first come first served and only the actual owners have chairs on the front row. If you are renting the unit from the owner you are relegated to the 2nd row (this was a little disappointing to us). I would highly recommend this condo. We will be back.

We are glad you enjoyed your visit. The front row of seats is reserved for owners in residence or guests that pay the full price for chair service. We offer the "seasonal chair service" and it is not guaranteed to be first row, we explain this multiple times prior to arrival. Many condos do not offer chair service at all. However, anyone willing to pay full price, does have the option for first row.

Relaxing vacation - September

Also, balcony furniture was very sturdy and comfortable, not the little plastic stuff that is sometime out there. DeeAnna was wonderful to work with, she replies quickly to questions and any problems you may encounter. We had a very relaxing week of vacation!

Perfect Place to Relax!

The balcony had the most beautiful view of the beach and very comfortable patio furniture. The master bath was beautiful, I love the open concept of the glass shower and the soaking tub. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need and the beds! I don’t think I have ever slept on a more comfortable bed. The pool was so nice, even at times when there seemed to be a lot of people, it accommodated nicely and never felt crowded. It was amazing and we were talking about coming back before we ever left. The location was within walking distance to several places to eat and everyone we encountered was so friendly!

Perfect Trip

We had an issue with the lock due to the batteries, but Barry was there within the hour and had it fixed. The pool was wonderful as well. I highly recommend this property!
