So much could be improved!

The condo is a great size but it needs some serious updates. Initially we thought everything was so nice but once we started using stuff in the condo, we were disappointed. The curtains in the master bedroom were ripped and didn’t close, the toaster barely worked and part of the element came off in someone’s bagel. The ice maker never worked even after reporting it to the management. They said they would send someone but no one ever showed. The condo itself could use a deep clean, such as baseboards and tile cleaning. The doors were all smudged and stained up and there was a lot of scuffed up walls. It has potential to be a nice places but it shows that it’s only getting the basic cleaning and maintenance. The building is so nice and convenient. I would stay here again but I’m not sure I would use a Vacasa property again.

Family get away

It was spacious and clean although it is a little worn around the edges. Everything worked and we had everything we needed. The view was spectacular. It was just what we needed for a quick get away. The company was friendly and available to help. The price was great.

The View Sells This Place!

Beautiful view of the Gulf from the balcony. Spacious rooms each with their own bath which was wonderful. Would suggest some basic maintenance such as deep clean front door and master bedroom door or freshen up the paint. Also secure the dishwasher so that it stays in place while people load and unload it. The ice maker was frozen over when we arrived. We had trouble getting the freezer to open fully. We called Vacasa, but ultimately had to defrost it ourselves in order to get it cleaned out and working again. Parking passes were also not in the unit when we arrived so we had to call about that as well. The passes were delivered to us, but no one followed up on the ice maker situation. It would also be nice to have check out instructions provided in the manual, not just on the app. Overall, we would rent this unit again. Our family enjoyed our time at Navarre and will return soon.

Was hesitant to try a new location, but so glad we did. If we come back next year this condo is where we will stay. Great location, beautiful view of ocean and bay. Everything we needed was at our finger tips.

Calm neutrals

Loved the calming color scheme… also lots of empty storage space/areas to put your things … open shelving kitchen so you can see what’s available to use … 2 king size beds are always a plus. Only negative would like to have had a little better quality and comfortable balcony furniture but the view was fantastic!

don't rent this place

Was redone some years ago. i don't mind old, I do mind dirty. Mold in Master bath, outdoor furniture dirty, moldy broken, and old. dishwasher did not work, Wi-Fi inaccessible for 4 days. No disposal and kitchen garbage can had no top so I stared at scraped food everyday. dining and den chairs had slip covers, stained and dirty, no blankets. sorry owners, been to Navarre many times and love the building, have pictures and texts with the management if needed.
