This gorgeous end unit townhome offers you the utmost in Gulf front living.
Professionally decorated, you'll appreciate the high end furnishings and attention to detail, as well as the stunning Gulf views.
Every bedroom has a waterview balcony!

Walls of windows give you great views to the beach and water just beyond your back door.
A private dune cross-over makes it easy to get your gear to the sand and start enjoying the privacy and beauty of the beach.

Main floor open concept living allows your group to be together and overflow onto the balcony. The newer fully equipped chef's kitchen has stainless steel appliances, high end cabinetry, granite countertops and a breakfast bar seating 4.
Stunning artwork is throughout the home.

A queen-sized bedroom with private bath (tub/shower combo) and balcony with sound views is on the main floor. There is a convertable chair/twin bed in this room if you have a little one that you want with you.
A convenient half bath is also located on the main floor.

The upper floor has a huge king-sized primary bedroom with tray ceiling and ensuite bath. A jacuzzi tub, tiled walk in shower and dual sinks turn your stay into a spa experience.
A private Gulf front balcony and side window allow water views upon waking. Throw open the sliders and go to sleep with the sound of the waves.
Just down the hall is another queen bedroom and the 4th bedroom with a trundle bed sleeping 2. Both have Sound view balconies and there is a shared 3rd full bath.
All bedrooms have new flat screen TV's.

The ground floor has a private hot/cold shower right off the beach and there is a locked outdoor storage unit for your beach gear.
There is a gasl grill for your use as well as dining table and adirondack chairs.

Your small pup is welcome to join you with owner approval. There will be a $200 per pet fee for each pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. Cats are NOT allowed.
Note that dogs are NOT ALLOWED on the Gulf Beach.
Smoking is not allowed in the home or on the balconies and no events are permitted.
Minimum age to rent is 25.

The Sea & The Stars is in the same complex as Goin' Coastal,Serenity Sands and Bright Sands if your group needs multiple units!

Come down to The Sea and relax under The Stars, where your days will be relaxing and your nights magical!

NOTE: This property has a Saturday-Saturday 7 night minimum from 5/24/25-8/1/25. If your dates are not from Saturday-Saturday during this time, you will receive an error message that your dates are not available.

Awesome property, and great management!
Pros: Awesome location and view. Beach toys, canopy, boards, kayak available. Responsive management. Very nice house, layed out great. I would buy a property like this. The first floor garage breeze way area was great for storing beach stuff out of the way. Cons: Check out time was too early (0900) Meeting management for check in instead of just sending the door code was an extra step, but it was nice them showing us the available beach stuff we could use. Some of our sheets were dirty, so we washed them upon arrival. We did not contact management for this. There was a leak over the kitchen. We let management know, they were quick to respond and it did not effect out stay. We will probably stay here again.

What a View!
Love the location! We felt like we were on a private beach most of the time! The accommodations were perfect for us although the 4th bedroom is very small! The kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfy, towels were plush! Booking was easy and communications w/ rental company were excellent! We will be back! 💙

Another great girlfriend trip!
This was a beautifully furnished and decorated property. Too bad the elevator wasn’t working. It wasn’t listed as having an elevator, that was just going to be an extra treat I had read about in the reviews. It also would have been nice to know in advance how tiny the fourth bedroom is. There were a lot of beach amenities we had access too along with a couple of bikes. We literally could have come with our bathing suits and beach towels! The management was super and had someone there we we got there to let us in and give us the scoop. I would for sure stay here again!

Great stay right on the beach.
This property was really lovely. The master bedroom has a beautiful gulf view and the other bedrooms face the road but the bay can be seen from those rooms as well. The house was SUPER clean! It had everything we needed in the kitchen, and we cooked most nights. The beach closet was well stocked with toys and floats. No complaints, great stay and hope to return soon!

Beautiful place & location. The beach is just a 2 minute walk on a private boardwalk. No need to cross a street. It’s directly on the beach. My family went Labor Day weekend and the beach wasn’t crowded at all. We felt like we had it all to ourselves. The unit has beautiful views and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more. Everything was exceptionally clean. As other reviewers have mentioned one of the bedrooms is small. If you plan to use the trundle under this bed, it’s difficult to open the closet door and nearly impossible to close the bedroom door if the trundle is extended. It will be fine for children but I don’t think adults would be happy with that room at all. If you don’t need the trundle, it’s not a problem. The other bedrooms are very large and beautiful. The floor plan is great and allows privacy for the large bedrooms which makes it possible for some people to sleep late and not be disturbed in the morning. Our family would definitely choose this condo again.

Property has a wonderful location. Beaches are not crowded. We all used the kayak. Master and downstairs bedroom were very nice. 3 and 4th were tiny. Best for a single or small children. We did have a problem, but management was VERY quick to handle it and also refunded some of our money!!!! We will return!

This was such a wonderful house to stay in. We all felt relaxed and enjoyed the gorgeous back decks watching the ocean, and loved the beach access from the back porch! It was a wonderful week in a beautifully decorated space.

Fabulous stay on Navarre Beach
We loved this beachfront property! It was clean, beautifully decorated and well-stocked. The beach is gorgeous and easily accessed with a short dune bridge. We enjoyed quiet walks both east and west in the sand and on the roadside path. It was a short drive back over the bridge for groceries and supplies. There is a nice local seafood market near to Publix. We would definitely recommend and choose to stay again should we be blessed to return to the area. Thank you!

Perfect getaway!
We had an amazing time at this townhouse! We've been to Navarre several times and have stayed at multiple properties, but this was by far the best. It was super clean, easy access to the beach, plenty of beach toys, chairs, kayaks, etc in the storage unit downstairs. Highly recommend and we will likely stay here again in the future!

Beautiful beach
The condo was beautifully decorated, and right on the beach. It was very clean, and had a private elevator. We had our dogs with us, and were disappointed that the sign on the fridge when we got there said no dogs allowed on either the beach or the sound side. That was disappointing. The views of the beach from the second floor master were beautiful. It is good to know going in that the other 3 bedrooms face the street side, and are small.

Navarre Beach perfect spot!
Loved Star & Seas! Location was fantastic and the property was updated and beautiful! Perfect size for 6 adults and infant (could have slept 2-3 more) and were able to bring our shitzu and daughter’s corgi! Navarre Beach is quiet and not crowded. Wonderful vacation spot!

Well furnished and decorated. Very clean. Only negatives: all bedrooms except master are small. The area between the house and the walkway to the beach could be better maintained. Neither of these points would keep us from renting this property again.
