Very clean Staff was great but front desk personnel were indifferent. Breakfast was awesome!

Double queen room seemed small. Overpriced for size of room. Breakfast was great!

Staff is great. We discovered on the 2nd day that our door was not locking. Maintenance had to come and fix, but scary to think that our lock was not working while we were away on the 1st day. Keys had to be reset everyday. Front desk and Kitchen staff was very attentive.

This was a very clean and nice stay within an 8 min drive from Navarre beach.

An excellent, well appreciated, stay

We stayed here for a couple of nights to get away from Hurricane Helene since our county was under mandatory evacuation. We reserved this room, a king suite with queen sofa bed, the morning of the day before the storm hit so we felt very lucky that such a nice place, that allowed pets, was still available. Everything about our stay was excellent...from the reservation experience, the condition of the room, the condition of the hotel itself, the friendliness of staff and their accommodating service, to the very nice quality of the hot breakfast in the morning. To add to that the hotel waived their pet fee since we needed to bring our two dogs to, well...seek shelter from the storm. :) That was extremely nice of them to do that. I would highly recommend this hotel for any reason. We didn't check out the pool so not sure of its condition but given the overall cleanliness of the rest of the hotel I'm sure it was very nice.

We made the reservation last minute, as we were hurricaine refugees. We arrived early, and completely exhausted. They immediately agreed to allow us to check in eary, as well as asked if they could help in any way. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was comfy and clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent hospitality by all the staff, Maddie and Millie were the two staff members we talked to almost daily, they were very friendly, helpful and kind, just the perfect way we enjoy our stays away from home! But all the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Excellent rooms and excellent breakfast buffet! We will be back!
