Beautiful getaway town home with gorgeous white sand beach access! The Sugar Beach complex is a family friendly complex located right on the beautiful, white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico. Our 2 bedroom town home is part of Sugar Beach, which is an intimate U shaped complex with a heated pool right in the center. There are only a few units sharing our stunning beach while nearby resorts have over 200 units sharing their beachfront.

While our unit does not have a gulf view, the beach and heated pool are conveniently only steps away. You also have the bonus of a private patio complete with patio table, chairs, and umbrella. You get the best of both worlds outdoors!

Inside you can relax in our open floor plan with kitchen, dining, living area (with full size pull out) and half bath downstairs. Upstairs, you will have access to a master bedroom with king bed and a second bedroom with two queen beds. A roll away bed is available upon request. Also upstairs is a large bathroom with double vanity and full sized laundry facilities. FREE Cable and WIFI are included throughout the unit.

You won't have to bring a thing as we have thought of everything and have it included for you. We even have movies and games for your enjoyment. Navarre is one of Florida's Best Kept Secrets...ENJOY!

Wow! What a wonderful place and host!!!
First of all Debbie the host was AMAZING to work with. She was so friendly and quick to respond to all of my questions and when I broke my foot right before our original travel dates she was so kind to let us switch dates. Thank you Debbie for everything and for letting us stay in your beautiful home! The house was better in person, photos online don't do justice. It had EVERYTHING we needed and MORE. It had an awesome fenced patio with plenty of seating with table/umbrella. There is a grill outside but we didn't personally utilize it. Big storage locker on patio with TONS of stuff for beach (sand toys, nets, chairs, umbrella). Kitchen was fully equipped more than we even needed. It was so nice to even have glass casserole pans so we could buy groceries and bake casseroles. All appliances worked as expected. Roku tv which was nice for kids to watch when we weren't on the go. Beds SUPER comfortable. There is a pull out sofa but we didn't utilize it. Washer and dryer was huge plus....I did all our laundry night before we headed home so nice to not come home to laundry. Super cute beachy decor throughout home, definitely felt like beach home. Outdoor hose/shower was so handy to rinse sand off before entering home. Lots of bath towels but only 3 beach towels so would be nice to have more. The beach is BREATHTAKING!! We plan to book again! What a great family vacation! Oh the pool, we used it one time, great bonus to the place! Y

We had a great stay. Everything was nice and clean. Plenty of extra items that make it homie and prevent having to pack every single thing. The biggest blessing was them last minute adding a day to the beginning of our trip so we could get out of line of a hurricane hitting home.

The house was beautiful and very clean. I was a little skeptical about the “includes everything you need” but it really does have everything. I did not need to contact the host during our stay but all my questions before the trip were answered completely and very quickly. All we really had to do was show up and go to the beach (which was a beautiful green and clear the whole trip). We will definitely be back!!

Perfect beach getaway!
My best friend and I brought our daughters here for a girls beach trip! The beach condo was exactly as listed and more! We were super impressed with the location…it really is a 3 minute walk to the beach! Debbie was great to work with especially when we requested to modify our booking and when we had a small hiccup with check in on our first night. We loved every minute of our stay and we can’t wait to come back in the future!

Definitely a returning destination!
This property has become one of our favorites! The pictures do not do it justice. Everything is as described. The townhome was immaculate when we arrived. It is well stocked with everything we could possibly need. Beds were comfortable and rooms are specious. The pool is just across the parking lot and the beach is a short walk. Designated parking in front of the unit is a plus. Navarre Beach is a beautiful beach town. Thank you for all of your attention to detail.

The property was just as described and very clean. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen stocked with everything you could need. The pool is pretty much right across from the unit and the beach is just a very short walk. You will need to bring an umbrella and chairs or rent them. The only adult chairs at the property were old and very rusty. I know most of that stuff is left by previous renters and not normally provided by the property but most places do have an abundance of it. Mrs Debbie was amazing and very attentive. She responded promptly to every message I sent her. The only issue I had was the air conditioning (and I didn’t bother to report it, as our stay was only 3 nights) we were never able to get the unit comfortably cool. The upstairs during the night was very warm, a considerable difference than downstairs. Overall we had a great stay and would stay in F30 again.
