Reason for it whole weekend pool was unavailable Saturday it was getting shocked/clean and that it would be open Sunday at 9 am. Sunday morning comes around and now it’s not bc it’s getting cleaned…? We believe the first girl in morning just didn’t want to do things she didn’t want to refill the cups just use the coffee cups and we believe she just didn’t want to unlock the pool. We paid for weekend got a hotel with pool and never got to go in it due to it being cleaned the whole weekend I can see Sunday closing it and cleaning but Saturday and Sunday?

Lights didn’t work, we tried two different rooms. We ended up not staying there. We drive back 2 hrs back home after a late night wedding

We were visiting family and I wanted a hotel that provided breakfast. I was so happy when we went to the breakfast room the first morning. There were several choices: waffles, cereal, eggs, sausage, toast. Everything was stocked even though we were at the end of the time frame.

The first view of the room was ok, definitely not the ritz Carlton but it seemed to serve its purpose. Upon the longer visual of the room, there were a lot of things wrong with the room. We had asked for extra pillows but they didn’t have any extras, I wanted to exchange the one they had given us because it was like it was stuffed with rocks. Lumpy and hard. We went out and bought a cheap coffee pot because the one in the room was a joke. There were dead bugs everywhere and lots of broken things. We wouldn’t stay here again nor recommend unless there was a major revamp or new ownership. To someone who might seem to care.

Water was not hot for shower and when told they told us to ask our next door rooms to turn on there shower to warm up the water! Bathroom light stopped working after the 1st day, we were told multiple times they didn’t have clean towels when we requested clean towels for showers .

The property was so inappropriate, only one flat pillow on each bed, the shower in dirty disrepair. Spoke to the front desk and canceled my reservation and we found another hotel. The front desk lady was nice enough and stated she would not charge my card. The pictures on the website do not represent justly with this property looked like.
