We had booked 2 flats and paid a warranty of 200 RON for the flats that was not mentioned when we booked the hotel. During check-in they told me the 200 RON will be refunded upon check-out. Today at 6 AM the reception was closed so I contacted them via Whatsapp for them to return my money. Well... instead of returning the money they blocked not once but 3 times the amount of money...now I have 600 RON blocked that I cannot use... they reacted quick and spoke with their bank and now I have to wait a max of 3 business days for the money to be available in my account.. They called me and said was an error and they cannot send the money via PayPal cause the money is only blocked... might be only blocked but I cannot use it. 2 transactions taken that I did not authorize instead of refunding the initial money....So for 3 days I am left without 122 Euros for which I did not authorize 2 "blocked" payments... The rooms itself were nice, the only thing missing toilet paper. The location will be nice once all the building are done, going to the beach you have to walk through a building site.
