Went from good to bad

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with lots of privacy and surrounded by nature. The beach near the property is not the best area to go for swimming. We were scheduled to stay 5 days at this property, and 2 days into our stay the water went out. We came that evening after a day in town and could not shower- thank God we had some bottled water to use for basic needs. The next morning, still no water, and we found out that there’s been water issues in that area for a while. After communicating with the property owner, he agreed to only charge us for 2 nights and refund us for the 3 remaining days. We then left to find another place to stay with our 2 kids. Since then, I’ve been communicating with Serge, the property owner to check on when the refund will be processed. It’s been almost 3 weeks since we left the property and still no refund. I hope Serge will do the right thing and issue the refund for the 3 days that we did not stay at the house.

Je suis d accord pour un remboursement de 3 jours mais je n arrive pas a communiquer avec le site
