Amazing stay! Wish we staged longer!
Publié le 13 août 2024 sur HotelsI recently returned from my trip to Negril where I stayed 2 nights at Dela De Rose Guest House and I genuinely cannot say enough great things about my stay. Rose is such a sweet and kind woman who did not hesitate to make us feel welcome, she even went out of her way to help us arrange our transport from the airport and arrange dinner for us wh n we arrived later after traveling. Not only is Rose fabulous, but every single staff member we met was accommodating, pleasant, and beyond helpful. Th security guard made us feel incredibly safe and the location is gorgeous. There is even a really good restaurant practically across the street where you can go cliff jumping. I would 1000% recommend Dela De Rose to anyone traveling to Negril!!!!!

The staff was pleasant and nice to us, however, the internet wasn't working properly therefore the television couldn't operate. I think the rooms are too close to hallways, while i was sleeping i could hear people making noise in the hallways, very disturbing. Otherwise it was ok

Hi Tracy, thank you for staying with us. The internet was a big problem in Jamaica due to the hurricane, (Beryl). The internet company is working hard in getting it up and running.

Hi Graciano, unfortunately, at the time of your reservation, Jamaica had a massive hurricane, (Beryl) The property was closed. Due to property damage. I informed you that we are not accepting any one. I got on the phone and asked Expedia to relocate you. Sorry about your I’ll feelings, The hurricane was beyond my control.

Quiet Little Paradise
Publié le 11 avr. 2024 sur HotelsI had a very quiet, enjoyable stay, which is exactly what I wanted. It was my first time in Negril, and I was looking for a smaller hotel away from resort crowds. I'm glad I chose this location. The staff was very nice and friendly. I had a very nice, large suite, and it was conveniently located near stores, restaurants, and other amenities.

This was hands down the best property I have stayed at in Jamaica. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Made me feel so . The property is so breathtaking beautifully decorated well kept and clean. The pool was clean. The breakfast was amazing every day. I will only be staying at this property going forward.
