everything was in place as advertised
even though the beach was nearby, they have a swimming pool! A treasure for the children
TOP of the line security in place. It is a gated community and they do not play. No ID, no ENTRANCE. We felt safe.
drawback: the washing machine was out of order but we went right after Hurricane Beryl.

Publié le 13 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was very nice in a gated community, but there was no hot water and the water pressure was so bad it took forever to shower and to get water to wash dishes. There was no ac in the living room and kitchen so it was very hot to sit in that area, had an issue with the checking I was supposed to pick up keys from security at the gate in which he said he didn't have and i didn't have a contact
number for the owner so had to go thru customer service to get in touch with the owner to get to the security to get the key that they did have, but there was no label on it or number so guess the security didn't know otherwise very clean and nice place to stay.

Publié le 27 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe unit was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and always friendly and available. Area outside of complex was quite run down and the road leading to complex is a tough climb!! Overall very satisfied with the stay!

There’s a sliding door to a fully ventilated outdoor area. Additionally, if the bedroom AC remote is placed in the living room, the cool air follows the remote since it serves as the thermostat.

Publié le 14 oct. 2022 sur HomeAwayCommunication was easy and effective, host replied promptly. Security and other staff was very pleasant and helpful. Property and flat was clean and inviting. Everything is centrally located. Definitely will return with the entire family.
