The service of several waitresses was not adequate for the customer approach in a Pa resort of smile, no welcome word, no response, etc. We received nonsense from the waitress at the cafe near the sea on two occasions, instead of giving instructions kindly, she shouted at my partner, she was panicking and the women didn't smile, it's sad, we We will not recommend your hotel because of this, even if the site is very well positioned. What a pity...

Merveilleux établissement . Seule chose est que places désignées pour fumer n'est aucunement respectées et beaucoup parlaient très fort la nuit en passant devant les portes de chambres . Les hommes ne peuvent pas porter de camisole au souper mais les femmes sont casi-nues .

Best stretch of beach on the whole island! The food was outstanding at both the buffet and at all of the specialty restaurants. Service was top notch, everyone at the resort was extremely friendly and helpful. My 11 year old daughter absolutely loved her time here, as did my wife and I. We can't say enough good things about the resort but especially the staff, who were all great! Don't let the beach vendors put you off, there are some interesting people that you can meet that only want to help you have a good time in Jamaica. Get yourself a good captain, like Captain Coco, who can take you on fishing or snorkeling adventures. Also, a reliable and safe driver like Floyd's Taxi can get you to all kinds of local attractions. Don't be afraid to shop at local stores for much better deals on gifts and crafts than you can get at the beach or in the resort gift shop. Also check out some amazing natural wonders like Blue Hole or Mayfield Falls.

The property was fine; however, there were issues with the room. The room was too far. The safe did not work. They changed our room and is not ready for us to enter delaying our relaxation. te man

RIU is a relaxing and well-staffed resort. They offer a great variety of dining options both in the restaurants and buffet-style meals with authentic local flavors and international cuisines (could use more variety of local peppa condiments though!). We were a large group of 30 people and the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating.

Dear Diasmary,Thank you for taking the time to provide us your feedback on your stay at our property.In our pursuit of excellence, we are saddened to read that despite our efforts and the goodwill of our staff, we have not been able to meet your expectations and you have not found anything positive in our hotel.Though we manage a proper fumigation program for all our areas, it is unfortunate that we are unable to control insects at 100%.Due to the warm weather and the location of our resort, which is surrounded by vegetation, it is possible that insects can enter our facilities. Our lovely staff work to keep them under control, since our grounds have extensive garden areas. We fumigate continuously all areas to keep insects away from our grounds.
