Awesome place despite equipement

We have liked the team and all the staff from desk to cleaning ladies. Everybody is so nice. Special thanks to Kathleen the comunity manager who gave us great advice! the food and the environment was good. We did not like that the building alarm rings 4 Times during out stays at nights 5 am and early morning AT 7 am for example. It woke UP many Times our baby. The elevator is not working well and bloked 2 Times.

I received excellent Customer Service, the staff were very accommodating. A special thumbs up to Chantae from Guest Services. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was relaxing and enjoyable.

I love the jerk hut,very nice touch! Also the food truck was unbelievable, great service, great food. One thing I thought could be improve on is the service staff in the buffet at breakfast you have to ask for coffee refills, most of the many other resorts i visited in the past 20 plus years, staff was more attentive in that area!!Otherwise i enjoyed my stay, no complaints!! Definitely will be back!!Great 61st birthday for my wife!!

Dirty room, clogged bathroom drain, roaches (which i have footage of), none working Jacuzzi, no umbrella to use even when the managers are consulted. No food whenever it rains including room service. No back up generator, u will need to use your hot spot in order to make payment via credit card (You pay to pay). Apologies are standardized, anything that appears like a gift can be a pay off so that you will not post negative experiences. The list continues.
