Very stressful experience.

Very stressful. (1) The room is very tight you cannot put in an extra chair. (2) The basement parking was shared by three businesses in the building therefore, we could not park our SUV (Innova) there because we could not take it out once the two-wheelers filled the basement. We requested and fought and were given parking on street level in front when we arrived and were assured that we would have the same for the remaining two days. But they did not remember so for two days as often as we returned we had to fight to get our promised parking! On Sunday night we were fighting at midnight for the same. No valet parking (this would have totally eased our parking problem)(3) No room service, no bellhop, We had to give cash to their person every time we needed tea which he got from another restaurant. (4) we asked for an extra chair and had to wait for over an hour and got a stool! The only good thing was their manager who knew how to solve problems but he was not available all the time (naturally). Our two days stay was stressful, to say the least. We do not recommend this hotel for couple or family stay. It may be OK for people on business trips who only return to sleep.
