Welcome to Sunset Vista Villa! seconds from the shuttle and minutes to slopes! This beautifully appointed, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, first-floor-unit with second story views, is centrally located to all of the amenities the Wintergreen Resort and surrounding area has to offer. It comfortably sleeps five and with its western vistas, sunsets are a thing to behold!

Whether you spend your days hiking, skiing or enjoying the wineries and breweries, Sunset Vista Villa will be sure to enhance your stay. Book today & come enjoy the Wintergreen Resort and Blue Ridge Mountains!

The short walk to the first floor entry makes it very easy to unload and get your time here going. You will find yourself out on the patio more and more throughout your stay, enjoying the views, cool breezes, and songbirds all day long.

If you are inside, the living room, dining room and kitchen are perfect for entertaining family and friends, or enjoying some streaming time (TVs with free access to Amazon Prime and Sling TV services are found in the living room and both bedrooms).

Each bedroom is large (King beds) and both have a full bath (one even has a jacuzzi tub with jets) and a rolling foldable bed with a memory foam mattress can be found in the master closet.

The unit is well stocked for everything you need for a mountain getaway, with all of the kitchenware you need, as well as towels, iron, ironing board, vacuum, cleaning supplies, etc. We hope to make Sunset Vista Villa your special mountain retreat!

We were hoping to stay close to the ski resort and have enough room for two adults and a handful of cousins to spread out and relax. This was the perfect spot for us. Beautiful sunset views, comfortable and clean bedding, excellent location. Rebecca couldn't have been more communicative or friendly. I definitely hope to return.

Perfect weekend away
Our stay was wonderful. The place was perfect for us. We loved the woodburning fireplace. It was setup for us when we got there so I had to open the flue and light the fire. There was a bottle of wine for us. The bed was very comfortable. The view was spectacular. All the amenities worked great. We enjoyed our stay very much and will be coming back again soon.

Beautiful and well appointed home away from home. Anything you could possibly need was waiting for you including a bottle of wine and card. Very clean and everything in excellent condition. Wonderful vacation. If you rent this condo you will not be disappointed!!

Fire in May made it memorable
We will take a rain check for enjoying the sunset views but we so loved hanging out by the fire. The host made it super easy …. Fire building for Dummies. Thanks for that. And also for the extras that speak to my taste ….like the diffuser with a selection of essential oils. The lemon hand soap which I happen to ❤️ lots of coffee creamer, coffee and tea. The jar of mints! Little things mean a lot. Great place! Hope to come back!!!

The condo was as advertised. Great views and right off 151 close to a ton of winery's. Our hosts were so easy to work with. The condo was fully stocked and well appointed. My wife and I are considering going back the spring of 2024. We highly recommend this rental.

Everything you need and more
We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Vista Villa! We have stayed at a lot VRBO locations and this was definitely 5+ stars. The owners attention to detail is incredible which means you have everything you could possibly need and more. The quality of furnishings and utensils/glasses etc is top notch. You really feel like you’re at a friends house. Also, Rebecca went out of her way to help us with recommendations and it made our stay even better! Everything was just SO easy! It was fun and relaxing. HIGHLY recommend and we hope to get back soon.
