Needs updating

Carpet smelt of age and was torn. Single beds were so small, feet hung over the end obviously they were for children. No bath mats or hand towels. Extra charges would apply for a number of simple things if you didn’t comply. View was good and neighbours were friendly. Wouldn’t stay there again. Also we’re bombarded with what we could and could not do! Easy walk to Shoal Bay.

Short Getaway

The listing was quite accurate and the place was nice. Although subjective, the pillows were a bit too big for us and we woke up with a stiff neck. Otherwise, our short stay was good and served our holiday well.

Basic Accommodation for inflated price

Location is perfect however this apartment is not up to scratch for the price. We provided feedback to the owner via the leasing agent and never received a response which would indicate the owners have no intention of fixing any of this. List of issues: Oven doesn't work BBQ very dirty on arrival Kitchen items very basic, not even a proper salad bowl or platter Apartment not clean Leaking shower Vacuum smells like vomit when in use Washing machine moldy Very disappointing.

Good experience all round. Good unit, and great location. Only gripe is the shower which does not seal properly, with resultant wet floor.

Great Place to Relax

As the place’s management operates through a call Centre (in the Philippines ?), the people’s English was sometimes less than clear and we received some conflicting information on check in, etc. and less than timely (in my view) information. Our face to face dealings in Nelson’s Bay on check out was very off handed. The property it self was very good and we would book it again, Now we know what to expect.
