Our experience at Cloudside was excellent. Everyone was so helpful and the place itself is fantastic. We will definitely plan to stay there again.

We loved staying here! The house has a great story. We had a small room, but it was just enough for what we needed. I want to go back and stay in one of the larger rooms. They look like fun. The staff were helpful and kind. Parking, as is for all facilities in Nelson, is a problem. The Cloudside handles that by paying parking meters of patrons wherever they park.

Publié le 13 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. There are a lot of stairs in the hotel, so be aware. It’s in a great location right downtown so you can walk everywhere.

Quaint house, lots of character except our room was extremely small -- our coffee bar and fridge was less than ideal, It was down the hall and shared with other guests Not one of our better stays

You chose our double economy room which is still very much in line with the local market. Nelson is not a cheap place in which to live, work, or visit but, just like our hotel, it is unique, and very special.

The room we stayed in was exceptionally small. For nearly $200/ night, it features a great location, but the mattress was dated, the room was hot, and there was no in room coffee maker.

You booked out smallest room which is well described on the website you used, Hotels.com. There is no mention of an in-room coffee-maker on that site. The room has air good conditioning; it was the weather that is hot! Anyone reading our other reviews will see that there are no complaints about our mattresses, but we understand that all customers are different, and not everyone appreciates the same style of bed. And as for price, this room, which is very small, is still very much in line with the local market. Nelson is not a cheap place in which to live, work, or visit. But, just like our hotel, it is unique, and very special.

A beautiful characterful grand home caringly made into a fine hotel. Room was well appointed, albeit small - the Fir room, and perhaps we should in retrospect have taken a bigger room. Top notch hotel, thank yiu Chris. Loved the useful local dining options info card and the especially informative write up on Starbucks.
