This stunning apartment offers open-living area, amazing sea views from every room, a large private balcony with outdoor dining, secure parking for 2 vehicles, elevator access, air-conditioning, dedicated high-speed WiFi, BBQ & a fantastic modern & fully-equipped kitchen.

Penthouse 37 is ideal for discerning travelers & corporate guests alike. The apartment is impressive, comfortable & convenient to all that is great about Nelson.

**Special conditions and notes**:

- Strictly no party, gatherings or venue use. No smoking inside or on balconies. No laundry on balconies. No pets. General Terms & Conditions and the Building's standard Body Corporate & House Rules apply.

- Toddlers/young children - Wooden stairs could present a hazard for children. Please enquire before making a booking with children.

- Car parking - Dedicated secure garaging is provided for 2 standard vehicles. Max. vehicle height for entry to the garage is 2m.

- Noise in the area - The waterfront road is busy & all properties within this area are subject to some road & port noise. The apartment is elevated & has been well insulated & double glazed for your comfort.

- Security cameras - for Safety & security, cameras operate in common areas of the building.

- Check in is available between 2pm and 8pm. Later check-in may be possible if needed however an after hours charge will apply.

**Payment, Bond/Security Deposit and Cancellation**:

- A 30% deposit secures your stay with the balance due 3 weeks prior to your arrival (full payment will be required if booking within 3 weeks of arrival).

- Three weeks prior to your arrival (or immediately if booking within 3 weeks of arrival), you’ll need to provide a card authority for the bond/security deposit via our secure online check in process.

- Cancel anytime up until 3 weeks prior to arrival for any reason and you’ll pay no more than 30% of the booking total.

- Where compassionate circumstances for cancellation exist, we’ll be happy to look at further flexibility, usually in the form of postponement of your stay, or a credit towards future stay dates.

- A Rental Agreement document is provided as part of the booking process. Please refer to the agreement for full terms and conditions. :-)

This apartment was super to stay at, handy location, comfortable and modern. Great to have off street parking. For the price we paid, you'd expect there to be no issues. Unfortunately being so close to the port makes it very noisey throughout the night, something we hadn't considered, so perhaps some earplugs should be provided to each visitor. Secondly, the bedrooms need block out blinds rather than sunshade blinds, as it's very light in the bedrooms with the ships lights/street lights beaming bright all night long. Other than that, nice apartment!

Gorgeous views, great location, comfortable and lovely.

The apartment was very comfortable, though we spent most of our time on the deck enjoying the view. Jarrod had suggested restaurants within walking distance, which we enjoyed. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and updated nicely. The kitchen was lovely and seemed well-equipped though we did not really cook. I would highly recommend this lovely home to others.

Absolute perfection
