Horrible Service
Publié le 21 sept. 2024 sur HotelsLady couldn’t check me in with my card. She cancelled reservation and redid it. I received two charges one yesterday for the stay plus taxes and then this morning for $69.99. Need to wait for them to clear before I can dispute.

While the building is older, the rooms are in excellent repair and well-maintained. The room was recently painted and the furniture was fairly new and in good condition. The front desk service was very helpful and friendly. There are fast food and family dining nearby, as well as fuel and it's right off I-15 and visible as you get off the exit. The pool and spa are clean and conveniently indoors.

My room had an incredibly noisy air conditioning unit. Also, the water in the shower took quite a while to heat up. The sink faucet was loose and the refrigerator didn’t work. When I left for the day I told someone at the front desk about the fridge and they wrote my room number down but when I returned 8 hours later it still wasn’t repaired. Not that it really matters but it’s August and the lobby still has a Christmas tree up.
