Malpropreté générale des lieux, tant intérieur qu’extérieur. internet ne fonctionne pas, accueil désagréable et, pour couronner le tout, bien que ma réservation comprenait 2 déjeuners inclus, aucun déjeuner n'était disponible. On m’a dit de me plaindre auprès de Hôtels.com, ce que je vais faire.

Sorry for the inconvieniece, we have 300 MBPS download speed tier and every 2 rooms we have router placed and no wifi complaints. May be you need to upgrade your phone and Ipad. Also We start complementry breakfast from Memorial day weekend until labor day week end. Thank you.

hotel a Neptune proche des plages et des lieux d attractions

Hôtel correct bon rapport qualité prix. L extérieur aurait besoin de travaux de rénovations. Dommage que la piscine ne fonctionne que de 11 h a 19 h surtout en été avec 35 de température. Le personnel de l hotel s est montre très serviable et accueillant.

The property was clean. Our room had a new bathroom. The room was clean, very nice room for the money.

This Building should be condemned

This Building should be condemned! The owners should be as well! Not a smile to be had by anyone involved in this whole transaction. Me OR the owners! As I checked in I was asked for a $20 Bill for my deposit. “No receipt!” Was the answer I received after asking for proof of my deposit. As I walked out of the abandoned bus station like “lobby”, I proceeded to the second floor up the Crime Scene like stairwell. My room looked as if someone just left... unexpectedly. It looked like someone was about to film a 80s Drug Deal gone Bad film... But had to leave due to a REAL Drug Deal going bad in the hallway... The Heater turned on intermittently every 33.7 seconds (I timed it) and ran for as long as it wanted and at whatever temperature it wanted until it was the temperature of the sun. The Toilet seemed to get jealous of the heaters “action” and decided to play the same on/off game throughout the evening. I probably should have called the police due to a Beating or Murder or whatever was happening up stairs, but I didn’t want to upset the “locals” any more than they Already seemed to be. When I checked out I mentioned the ordeal to the owners. They acted as if it was Normal and that nothing happened... This Place is a rat hole and should be removed from Any and All destination choices. ... ample parking... :)

We are very sorry to hear that you had a less than satisfactory stay at our hotel. You came to check in after midnight tired and its out duty to get you going to your room ASAP. Secondly, If you were not happy with the room or our property atmosphere you could have returned to the front desk right after seeing the room and cancelled your reservation with full refund. Not to mentioned that you heard some loud conversation outside, it was weekend and we are next to a night club, you could have called the office and we would have asked the other guest to keep low voice.
