Na minha opiniao um hotel com poucas disponibildades de bebidas alcoolicas sem custo, por exemplo uma vodka mediana o cliente tem que pagar por ela, por ser um hotel all inclusive deixou muito a desejar.
Todas as bebidas alcoólicas servidas eram de marcas muito ruim.

Great location on the beach. Outstanding all inclusive service. Great pool area and bars. Great sea view! Poor property condition. But Great value for money!

Publié le 24 sept. 2022 sur HotelsNot a great experience. The food at the buffet in all inclusive is dull and tasteless, vegetables are always over cooked, lacks taste. They have a Chinese restaurant where you have to make reservations, total joke as they serve many things but not Chinese. Better options to eat outside. Activities in the hotel are a disgrace to people working in entertainment. At 23.30 everything shuts down, lights out. Ozbor is a small city with a few options, but mostly relying on tourism. I am astonished most people in the hotel don't understand English at all. The beach is nice, but there are better places to go Bulgaria. Never again.
