Otelin konumu iyiydi. Denize yakın. Otoparkı olması iyi. Kahvaltı idare ederdi. Genel olarak odalar eskiydi. Asansör çok kötüydü. Çalışanlar güleryüzlüydü.

Stayed in sunny beach as part of a trip around Bulgaria. Location is excellent with access to beach and restaurants but not resort prices

Mye for pengene. Koselig personale, rene rom. Helt grei frokost.
Maten ellers, var under gjennomsnittet i forhold til andre spisesteder i området .

Bora Bora is a 3 star hotel, so I didn't expect any luxury. Very good and positive welcome from the reception. Nice, clean and big room with everything you need. Less than a minute walk to the beach. What I did not like was the small swimming pool and some rusty metal parts in the bathroom. Not a problem for me, but just bad impression.

My apartment was lovely, with an amazing view. I chose to stay on the balcony rather than go anyplace else.
The rest of the hotel was not special at all. The pool is quite small.

Daha sonra odamiz teslim edildi ve tam bir hayalkirikligiydi.Zemin katta manzarasiz ve guvensiz bir oda verdiler, wifi cekmiyordu. Bizim aldigimiz odanin deniz manzarali olmasi gerekiyordu fakat zemin katta direkt olarak duvar goruyordu. Odadaki carsaflarin biri islakti dolayisiyla yatak da islakti, balkonda yetersiz bir kilit vardi ve zemin kata ayni zamanda otel disina direk baglantili oldugu icin kendimizi guvende hissetmedik, odada wifi ise tamamen kullanilmaz durumdaydi. Odayi degistirmelerini istedik bize ilk gece kalmamizi sonraki gun kesinlikle degistireceklerini soylediler. Oda ayni zamanda bocek ve orumceklerle doluydu ve temiz degildi, bu bahsettiklerimi fotograflarda bulabilirsiniz.
2. Gun ise otel menejeri geldi ve inanilmaz kaba bir sekilde oteldeki son odayi bize verdiklerini ve degistiremeyeceklerini ayni zamanda iade de yapmayacaklarini belirtti.
Otelden check-out yapip iade bile almadan baska otele gecmek zorunda kaldik maalesef verdikleri oda yasanilacak gibi degildi.
Biz de oteli yuksek puani ve pozitif yorumlarindan swcmistik ama hayatimdaki en kotu otel deneyimi oldu.
Hotels.com da bize bu konuda hic yardimci olmadi odamiza iade olmuycagini ve en iyisi o odada kalmamiz oldugunu soylediler.
Gercek bir hayalkirikligi. Uzucu.

We are very sorry for your bad experiense.
The hotel was indeed 100% full at the time of booking and check-in. We often put people with walking difficulties in the rooms at the groud floor and they love it, however when the hotel is fully booked, there is no other option.
The balconies lead to an inside yard, not to the street and this yard has video survelance , so there is nothing unsafe about it.
Wi-Fi is actually on of our stronger sides. Odd that you would find it unusable.
Generally our staff's reviews are quite good and I am astoned that the manageress would be rude to anyone!
We will not argue on all of your remarks, because we attribute it to the dissapointment of getting a ground floor room. Sill we will look into all matters apointed by you.
