Good location, room was big, helpful staff. Spa and sauna a bit crap, breakfast was average. Should stop people leaving towels on deckchairs all day. Bit expensive for what we got.

Lejlighed var i orden, men det var for dårligt, at der som minimum ikke var et eller 2 viskestykker og klude til at tørre køkkenredskaberne af. Der var for lidt service (bestik, glas, tallerkener, krus). Ikke særlig god standard for et 5-stjernet hotel. Morgenmaden var meget kedelig og ens uden variation og udendørs pool var for lille. Man kunne heller ikke få solvogn, hvis man ikke kom tidligt. Mange tjenere på hotellets restaurant fremstod ligeglade og var ikke imødekommende.

I was the only guest on my first night in the whole hotel , they upgraded me to a ine bedroom apartment with a bottle of wine . I was then told that their restaurant wouldnt be open till the next night for dinner and could not recommend anywhere else to eat . I am a female who was traveling alone , so staying in a hotel on my own was quite scary , especially as i was put on the sixth , top floor. They offered me room service for the first three days . I was then told i was to eat in the restaurant which was now opened , but was having work done . There wasn't a very big choice , or either was the food hot . When i informed the hotel manager of this she told me it was because there wasnt many guests. I had paid for a five star hotel bed and breakfast. While the accommodation was lovely , the service wasnt . I will definitely be a regular visitor to Bulgaria , but i would never stay at this hotel again.

We try hard to make every experience positive, but sometimes we miss the mark. About the restaurant we told you that will be open for your breakfast on the next day and for your convenience we offered to serve it in the room. As you mentioned, we upgraded you in one-bedroom apartment and because the higher floor is normally preferred you were accommodated there. The point about the number of guests was related with the situation you should choose your breakfast from menu, not from buffet.Please accept our sincerest apologies that we didn’t live up to your expectations. Your feedback helps us to improve our processes and better serve our clients.

We loved our stay at the Galeon Residence & Spa Hotel. We traveled with our toddler and this hotel has plenty of entertain for children. We used the spa services - hot stone massages, indoor pool, sauna and all were A . The restaurant was delicious, we dined there several times during our stay. An added bonus, there is direct playground access from one seating section. The staff was friendly, and the check-in / check-out process was smooth. Highly recommended!

Great location. The entire staff was friendly and very helpful. The restaurant was great with a good selection of local cuisine.
