Hotel central mais du bruit toute la nuit. Des cris à 05h00 et j'en passe. Seule note positive l'amabilité et gentillesse du personnel

Awful, not good experience.

The receptionist was so rude. Even we have booked before double room which was with breakfast included, after substitution with 4 people room, she has not add up breakfast. During extra payment she did not inform us and confirm payment for other day breakfast. Her attitude was not so friendly towards us. Autoparking is 2 km far away from the hotel. The pool is out of service. The furniture was so old. At 4 people room, the second bed was sofa and not ordinary double bed. Internet connection was poor. The only good thung about this hotel was, kind restaurant staff.

With that comment it is clear, that this is the first time you step into a hotel. You came in 9AM, even though your check in is at 2PM. Since our rooms were ready we accomodated you immedietly. The communication with you was hard, because you spoke only Turkish and could not understand, that until 2AM you are not officailly our guests and there are no breakfast at the day of the check in. The prices that we showed you at the reception were without breakfast and you agreed to pay for it after the fact. Before you checked in, you saw the apartament and liked it. You booked a double room and 4 people came in total. The pool that is "out of service" does not even exist. We have not stated anywhere that we have a pool. We have given you the option to use the free parking with free shuttle. Since you do not like this service, there is a paid parking next to the hotel. We suggest, that next time you go into a hotel you read the politics and rules of the hotel. We should have not compromised and accomodated you early.

One Night Stay at the Atol

We were looking for a hotel in a good location in Sunny beach and found the Atol. It's a short walk to the beach and near the Kuban hotel and Sunny Beach's busier areas, there's also a lot of shops nearby and a lovely restaurant next door. As we were staying at the hotel, they gave us a small discount at this restaurant. The room had a large balcony and was overall pretty clean. There was a few ants crawling which was a bit of a let down but we've had worse. The room was a bit basic overall but fine for a short stay, there was also a fridge that we weren't expecting to see. The room had a TV, I slept on the sofa bed which wasn't as bad as I was expecting and there was air conditioning which in Bulgaria in summer is vital, but often missing in some hotels. (The air con unit was a bit loud so we had it off during the night). The bathroom was very small and that was pretty much the only downside, the shower was great. Other minor niggles include the fact the balcony door handle was broken and the door to the room was hard to lock and open. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and I would recommend the Atol to others.

Small hotel with clean rooms very noisy from the Main Street but is very good location close to the bars and shops. Recommended for short stay!

Grei service, ikke like grei renhold.

Folkene som jobbet på hotellet og restauranten på hotellet får en terningkast 5 av meg. Veldig hyggelige folk og man merker de setter gjestene høyt. Renholdet får terningkast 2 av meg. Bytter bare håndklær og sengetøy. Tar ikke med seg boss og vasker gulvet dårlig.

The service in the hotel was very good. Receptionist excellent. Waiter at breakfast excellent. Room was fine. Only negative was shower base had several cracks and needed replaced. All in all decent value in my opinion.
