Dear Mr. Ugur, I'm sorry to read this review, and to know that you were not happy here. I would like to clarify - we do not offer Ultra all inclusive services, but all inclusive and the minibar consumption is paid, therefore we have a pricelist by the minibar. Also paid are the games - the play station games, the billiard and the air hockey.I'm sorry to hear you didn't like the food - the dishes prepared by our Turkish chefs are enjoyed by all our guests. I'm sorry to hear your friend had to visit our medical center, but medical services are paid for or covered by insurance. We hope he is better now.
